The firm

A small office that writes everything down

Colquitt Mechanical is nine people: an owner, an office, two technicians and a crew. Lenora Colquitt started taking church and school work after serving on her own church’s building committee, where she read bids that could not be compared.

We built the packet so that the next committee does not have to. We stay small enough that the person who walks the building is the one who writes it up.
